Who and what is Watertight Marketing for?

Watertight Marketing has proven to increase sales results in growing businesses. Typical hands-on or consulting clients are seven and eight figure businesses with a small marketing team, or solo marketer. Those that use the online resources are typically micro businesses or solo entrepreneurs. The methodology has been proven to work in business-to-business, high-end consumer, public sector and not-for-profit organisations.

Some Common Questions

What type of marketing do you cover?
Watertight Marketing is an end-to-end strategic planning toolkit. It is a set of thinking tools and frameworks that equip you to design and run an effective marketing operation. It will allow you to assess and select the right marketing tools and techniques for your business, from the latest digital technologies to the best of traditional techniques.
Are you business-to-business or consumer focused?
Regardless of sector, if what you offer is bought or chosen through a series of reflective steps, then we can help. The longer the customer journey, the more we have to offer. If you aim to build long-term relationships with your customers or users, then Watertight will be enormously valuable. Alternatively, if what you offer is bought on impulse, and is more of a one-off than long term relationship, we’ll have less to help you.
What size of organisation do you work with?
The real sweet spot for a Watertight Marketing engagement is a £2-10m turnover business that wants to systemise to scale. But, we have tools and services suitable for organisations from 1 person up to around 150. The larger a business is, the more hands-on and tailored our engagements become.
How do you work with clients?
There are a number of ways of working with us, depending on your needs, goals and budgets. You can simply access to pre-packaged online resources. join the members club, or we can design a blended engagement of consultancy, training, and online tools.
How much does it cost to work with you?
From Free to c.£60,000. Essentially, if you need to get smart about your marketing, we can something for almost every budget. What changes as the budget increases is the dedicated support from Bryony or one of the practitioners.

We have a number of free online courses and live Masterclasses. The book costs £18.50. Our self-serve courses start at £47. Guided programmes start from £1500 per delegate. A typical 24-month marketing transformation programme ranges from £30-60k p.a.
