Join us for #WatertightWednesday
Free Roundtable for serious marketing people on the first Wednesday of (almost) every month
Are you a marketing professional working in a scaling SME looking for like-minded people to talk strategy with? Join us on the first Wednesday of every month for a panel discussion focusing in on how to position marketing strategically within growing businesses, so that you and the business can truly thrive.
Next Live Session: Wednesday 1st May, Midday
How to show impact - quick wins and long-term success
Whether you’re new in role or been in your current position for a while, one thing is certain. You’ll want to show the impact marketing has. That could be to the leadership team, board, stakeholders or the wider business.
It’s not usually easy to demonstrate that impact, especially not in the short-term. Yet this is exactly what you’ll need to do sooner or later!
What quick wins can you show? What successes are longer term and what milestones can you put in place that will show progress? Do we need to reframe what we mean by “impact” and “success”?
In this month’s roundtable we’ll be exploring the nature of success, quick wins and longer term impact and a possible route from one to the other.
Do come along and share your thoughts and wisdom. Particularly interested in hearing from people who’ve been there, done that (whether successfully or not) as well as are at the sharp end needing to have that exact conversation now!
Week 1
Join us live for a roundtable discussion about marketing, between marketing people.
Week 2

Week 3

Week 4
Read the post that sets up the next month’s discussion to get your thinking going.

First Wednesday of the Month | Midday
Small businesses matter.
Thriving small businesses are the results of countless hours of emotional and financial energy. Often the founders and directors have risked their mortgages, marriages, mental health, and more. When these people, and the leaders within their businesses, tell us that their marketing isn’t working as well as they want it to, we know it really matters.
